💅 Press-On Nails

✅ Order Confirmation: Your spot is only secured once checkout is completed. 

📏 Sizing Kits: The cost of a sizing kit is credited toward your first press-on nail order.

📆 Custom Orders: Accepted any time with required info: reference photos, sizing, shape/length, and other details. 

⏱️ Processing Time:

Regular: 5–7 business days

Sales/Holidays: Up to 10 business days

🔒 No Order Changes after confirmation.

📐 Sizing Responsibility: Sizing errors are the customer’s responsibility. No refunds for incorrect sizing.

📦 Shipping Info:

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is shipped.

If returned due to an incorrect address, a $8 reshipping fee applies.

🚚 Carrier Responsibility: Once scanned by the shipping carrier, danididmynails is not liable for delays, loss, or damage.

🔁 Returns/Exchanges: Not accepted.

🖐 Standard Set: Press-on sets include 10 nails per set.

📭 Lost Packages: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

💸 Our Responsibility: danididmynails covers costs for issues determined to be our fault.

📝 Report an Issue: Found a problem? Submit a report via your order page or email us.

📦 Returns & Donations:

Returned items will trigger an automated email.

📍 Address Issues

If the provided address is insufficient, the order will be returned. You are responsible for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address.

📬 Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed items returned to us will require a reshipping fee.
