How Do I Order?

To place an order, start by ordering your sizing kit and determining your nail sizes and preferred shape. Once you're ready, custom orders can  be requested through two different options:

DM me on Instagram or submit a form with your full request.
Include your chosen design, shape, sizes, base color, and any reference images.

 How Do I Know My Nail Size?

All new customers are required to order a sizing kit. Each kit includes one nail in every size for the shape you’ve selected. The value of your sizing kit price (not including shipping) will be credited towards your first order.

Sizing varies by shape, so size each nail individually on your natural nails. A sizing tutorial is available on Instagram @danididmynails. Feel free to reach out with questions!

What If My Sizing Kit Doesn’t Fit?

Everyone's nails are unique. If a sizing kit doesn’t work for your nail shape, reach out so we can tailor the fit to your needs. However, for customers with extremely downturned or clubbed nail beds, press-ons may not be the best option.

How Long Do Press-On Nails Last? Are They Reusable?

Danididmynails are handmade with durability as a priority. With proper prep and semisolid gel glue, nails can last 14+ days. They are reusable up to five times with proper care and removal.

How Do I Remove My Nails?

Gel Glue: Wait at least 10 days before attempting removal. These nails are designed to stay on for 2+ weeks.
Glue Tabs: Soak nails in warm water with oil for gentle removal.

Is Glue Included With My Order?

Yes! Every order includes a full application kit:

Semisolid air dry gel glue

Temporary glue tabs

Nail file

Sponge buffer

Cuticle pusher

Prep wipes

Cuticles oil wipes 

Every first order will receive a  mini bottle of cuticle oil 

What Are Danididmynails press ons Made Of?

All nails are made from 100% soft gel materials for maximum flexibility, comfort, and durability.

How Long Will It Take to Get My Nails?

Processing time: 3–5 business days (may extend during high volume).
Shipping:

USA: 3–5 business days

Please allow at least 14 total business days for processing + shipping when ordering for special events. Express options available at checkout.
Tracking is provided with all orders. 

How Can I Track My Order?

A tracking link will be emailed once your item ships. Contact support@danididmynails.com with any concerns.

What If I Received a Wrong or Damaged Product?

We’re sorry! Email support@danididmynails.com within 7 days with:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged/wrong product

We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

What’s Your Return/Refund Policy?

Refunds are only issued for incorrect or damaged items. For other concerns, email us at support@danididmynails.com.

Can I Exchange an Item?

We currently don’t offer exchanges. If your item is mislabeled, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo so we can help.

Gel nail products are intended for licensed professionals only.

Avoid Skin Contact
Keep away from skin and eyes. Misuse may lead to serious reactions or allergies. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Nail Health
Avoid applying to damaged nails. Improper application/removal can cause brittleness or peeling.

Allergy & Chemical Warning
